Dr Ambavaram Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy is currently working as Postdoctoral Research Scientist at Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP), Malaysia. Earlier, he worked as Postdoctoral researcher at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Malaysia for three years during 2014-2017. He accomplished his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Master of Science (M.Sc) in Chemistry from Sri Venkateswara University (India).
His research is significantly focused on the development of analytical and bio-analytical methods, which plays a crucial role in the evaluation and interpretation of bioequivalence/pharmacokinetic studies. Further, his research is focused on the critical part of the drug development process, i.e., identification, quantification and control of genotoxic and other process related impurities in active pharmaceutical ingredients. Additionally, he made significant contributions in the field of New Emerging Pollutants (NEPs) identification and removal from river water. He has outstanding achievements in scientific and academic platforms with multiple research funding, numerous publications in highly reputed journals and various presentations in both national and international conferences.
