Dr Deiva Sundari Muthukumar is a passionate and dedicated teacher with demonstrable organizing skills and a good leader. She is very committed to the development of students and cares for their welfare and growth. While she was in the USA for 5 long years, she exhibited her adaptability to the new environments and fared well in her chosen profession. As a research scholar at Anna University, she completed her PhD in the record time of less than 2 years. She has published over 50 papers in reputed journals. She was able to get good funded research projects from DST, NIWE, MNRE, IE, and CVRDE and completed/maintained timeline as per the project schedule. As the Head of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department at KCG College of Technology, she has raised the level of faculty and students with her mentorship, which is a real-life example for other colleges to follow.
