Our Story
Started as a catalogue, grown into a standard.
World Book of Researchers began as a small annual catalogue of academic biographies, compiled by a group of librarians and editors who believed research careers deserved a permanent, citable record. It has since grown into an international index, referenced by universities, journals, and hiring committees.
Today the World Book indexes researchers across every discipline, from public policy to molecular biology, and publishes a printed edition each December alongside a searchable digital directory.
